The ECB surprised the markets and raised the interest rate by 50 basis points. This however did not keep the bulls in power for long. I am currently short EURUSD. I predict that the fed will increase interest rates by 75 basis points this week and send the EURUSD much lower. If that happens there’s not a doubt in my mind that EURUSD will hit parity this week. The next support for the euro is at 93 cents.
